In and around the aquarium, unpleasant dirt can occur again and again, which is not a problem for the animals, but is annoying for aquarists. Especially during the starting phase, green deposits on the glass are an undesirable side effect. Water stains and slight lime marks are also an annoying problem, especially in open aquariums.

The Sponge Soft is designed precisely for these kinds of dirt. The sponge is covered with a lurex surface and cleans the glass without scratching it. The aquarium can be cleaned quickly and easily right into the corners with low pressure. The arrangement of the lurex fibers is based on a natural model: the radula (a rasping, tongue-like organ), which is found in most mollusks. It replaces the teeth and is used for rasping and cutting food. Snails use this mouthpart to graze the algae on glass and decoration items.
